Mindfulness, Movement & Nature

This is a small, local, individualized program that introduces lifelong skills to kids while having fun outside! We learn how to practice mindfulness in a fun, colorful, and developmentally appropriate way. (For more on mindfulness and its benefits, see explanation below.) We dance, play, walk, and move our bodies in ways that enhance self-awareness and allow for self-expression.

Mindfulness & Yoga

This program is specifically designed to enhance physical and emotional wellness in tweens and teens. Our goal is for campers to finish the week feeling rejuvenated, connected, confident, and empowered with tools for their own health and happiness.

Mindfulness & Adventure

This program introduces lifelong skills to kids while having fun outside. It combines the best of adventure & experiential education – which builds leadership, cooperation, confidence, and a sense of belonging – with mindfulness practices to foster inner strength, focus, and compassion. Mindfulness allows us to cultivate a calm and centered mind in order to fully engage with each other and with our environment.
