With mindfulness as her foundation, Anique uses a holistic mind-body approach to help her clients attain emotional wellness. She specializes in working with individuals with high sensitivity, difficulty managing emotions, trouble focusing, burnout, anxiety, and depression, as well as anyone seeking guidance in finding inner peace and wellness amidst the high stress of modern life. She incorporates a variety of research-validated techniques from mindful awareness practices, including various forms of mindfulness, meditation, breath work, and yoga.
